Timely scheduling of service appointment, polite, knowledgeable, efficient service technician.

Well I was told that the $89 service would be added to the cost if parts was added and labor,this was not true instead I was charged $200 just for the technician to rub sand paper over something and vacuum the furnace.

Mark was very helpful. Explained what was wrong, showed me what he was going to fix and helped me understand how to avoid the issue in the future. Quick, painless service. Exactly what i was hoping for.

Not sure if Tempo is the best price when it comes to maintence but they are the absolute BEST with their tech and office staff. Mark is an excellent tech and a pleasure to have in your home. He is down to earth, friendly, listens to your concerns, extremely knowledgeable, and takes his time to answer all your questions. I would not consider another company for maintaining our furnace.
