This review isn’t directed at Mark, but at Carrier. My AC broke down for the second time in four years, even though I replaced it with a brand-new unit in 2020. We encountered the same problem again and had to pay $750 for the service. Typically, these units are expected to last 10-15 years.

Mark has been our tech for years at Tempco. He comes every September and checks the furnace and humidifier, then returns in May and checks out the air conditioner. We value his expertise and knowledge of the systems. And he's a great guy!

Although at times I still hear the clunking in the HVAC duct work, it seems to be less then what I have heard in the house previously. So not 100% resolved.

I had bought a new townhome and every day I kept hearing this strange noise. No one could figure out what the heck it was. Mark from Tempco watched the video I had and knew what it was and fixed it! I am so grateful to Mark. He has helped get a few other small problems with the new home heating system worked out. I would recommend this company for sure.
