Mark has been our tech for years at Tempco. He comes every September and checks the furnace and humidifier, then returns in May and checks out the air conditioner. We value his expertise and knowledge of the systems. And he's a great guy!

Although at times I still hear the clunking in the HVAC duct work, it seems to be less then what I have heard in the house previously. So not 100% resolved.

Carrier should pay for the installation of a poor quality part that failed in 4 years. Carrier please move your manufacturing back from Mexico and improve your quality.
