Small hiccup in initial scheduling of service. Called back and explain issue with HVAC system. Appointment was schedule. Technician called back two days earlier than time scheduled and was in area. Service completed!! Mark arrived and was wonderful as usual.

Well I was told that the $89 service would be added to the cost if parts was added and labor,this was not true instead I was charged $200 just for the technician to rub sand paper over something and vacuum the furnace.

Mark was very helpful. Explained what was wrong, showed me what he was going to fix and helped me understand how to avoid the issue in the future. Quick, painless service. Exactly what i was hoping for.
