I especially like being able to pay ahead of time for two years and not having to worry about having the money when he comes. Great idea! Small hiccup in initial scheduling of service. Called back and explain issue with HVAC system. Appointment was schedule. Technician called back two days earlier than time scheduled and was in area. Service completed!! Mark arrived and was wonderful as usual.
