This is new construction house and the AC did not work. The support team came and fixed the problem - miss-wired in its initial installation. I would give the service team a 5-star rating, however, I don't understand the poor work by the installation team.

I found Mark J, polite, thorough, clear and gentle in informing me that our Air Conditioning Service has a leak and will probably not last much longer. He showed me when it was installed, Tried adding some freon, said it would probably last through the season, dependent on how many hot spells we get.
