I was very happy with the service from Mark at Tempco. He advised me that I was not going crazy and that the blower was having issues and the rpms were running way to low. My builder told me that I should be fine which clearly was not correct. Mark fixed my furnace and answered any questions I had in a professional manner.

Almost same day appointment, solved in 15 minutes. Technician was great and very professional.

My call was answered right away. Tempco arranged for a service person to make our call between 12-3. I got a call from the technician to let me know that he finished his service call early and asked if he stop by earlier. He arrived before the scheduled time frame and quickly figured out - and fixed our problem. He was a very helpful and courteous young man.

I was very impressed by their speed of response and service; as well as the professionalism and personality of my technician. Having your furnace go out is stressful but they made the stressful situation very manageable and easy. Well done!
