Our service person, mark, was kind and considerate. He has agreed to come back a 2nd time to check the freon levels (the weather was a bit too cold on the day of our apt.).

I would highly recommend Tempo to all my friends and family. Mark serviced my furnace and told me about the air conditioning special. He is very trustworthy and provides great service.

Mark (service tech) was very prompt, polite and explained what needed to be done thoroughly. I was able to schedule our appointment within a few days of calling, even with temps in the 80s! Highly recommend.

Almost same day appointment, solved in 15 minutes. Technician was great and very professional.

My call was answered right away. Tempco arranged for a service person to make our call between 12-3. I got a call from the technician to let me know that he finished his service call early and asked if he stop by earlier. He arrived before the scheduled time frame and quickly figured out - and fixed our problem. He was a very helpful and courteous young man.

I was very impressed by their speed of response and service; as well as the professionalism and personality of my technician. Having your furnace go out is stressful but they made the stressful situation very manageable and easy. Well done!
