Warranty - checked fan speed and was set to 9 system required 14 also increased continuous fan speed to 7 per customer request, adjusted first floor dampers down and verified second floor dampers were fully open system is operating properly at this time.

Warranty - condenser fell off bracket, upon inspection found condenser was never secured to bracket, screwed down condenser to bracket, during repair noticed oil on suction line and insulation was ripped back, customer stated that someone came out and did a leak repair, but hasn't ran air conditioner since fell off bracket, after securing condenser started ac to check charge and found was low on refrigerant, during inspection I went to take service caps off to pump system down, found service valve was half closed and was hissing out refrigerant, back seated valve to open and after fully back seating valve leak stopped, resealed with leak stop, and charged system to manufacture specifications, after charging checked joints and valve with soap bubbles and no leaks detected, system is operating properly at this time

completed clean and check on Carrier air conditioner, replaced customer supplied air filter, checked pressures and temperatures checked amps tested capacitor all within manufacture specifications. Cleaned and washed condenser. System is operating properly at this time.

Warranty - Completed balance of system, checked fan speed and was set lower than factory recommendation. Adjusted fan speed to match cooling tonnage adjusted first floor dampers down to increase air flow to second floor vents in basement in trunk line were open, closed vents to help increase air flow. Also recommended running fan continually to help with uneven temperatures. System is operating properly at this time.

Warranty - customer stated that the air conditioner never seems to blow cold air, checked thermostat was calling for cooling, indoor fan was working, checked air filter was in good condition, went to check condenser and nothing was running had no incoming power due to disconnect in the off position, restored power to unit and system started running checked pressures and temperature all within manufacture specifications, checked oven vent and found opening and closing properly installed weights on damper to help with wind.

Warranty - Upon inspection found thermostat was stuck on one screen and unable to select any option, reset power to thermostat and screen is still not functioning, had new one on truck and replaced thermostat, setup settings on thermostat, cycled and tested system, found thermostat is working properly and system is functioning

Arrived on site and checked in with customer to gain access to equipment, customer stated that the erv located in master bedroom closet was running, opened access panel and was flashing and no fan operation, reset power to clear and erv started normal operation, let run for a while and system operated properly without any issues, system is functioning correctly at this time.

Completed Carrier air conditioner clean and check. Checked air filter still good. Checked pressures and temperatures, checked amps, checked capacitor all within manufacture specifications, cleaned and washed condenser, system is operating and cooling properly at this time.
