Completed clean and check on air conditioner, replaced customer supplied air filter, checked pressures and temperatures checked amps and capacitors all within manufacture specifications, cleaned and washed condenser, system is working properly at this time

Upon arrival checked in with customer to gain access to equipment, customer stated that system didn't seem to be cooling properly, filter was just replaced, made call for cooling from thermostat system started indoor fan came on, went out to check condenser and found compressor running but fan was not spinning, spun by hand and the fan started operating, checked capacitor and was reading 0 mfd on fan side, replaced with new 60/5 dual capacitor and cycled system compressor and fan started properly checked amps checked pressures and temperatures all within manufacture specifications. System is operating properly at this time.

arrived on site and checked in with customer to gain access to equipment, customer stated that she turned the ac on yesterday but it never cooled down and shut it off. Made call for cooling from thermostat and system started normal connected gauges to check refrigerant and found was low added 1 pound of 410a to system, did a visual inspection for leaks and found liquid line fitting on evaporator coil was loose tightened fitting and did not see any oil or refrigerant leaks did see some oil residue on top of furnace which was present from the loose connection after adjusting charge also cleaned condenser coil that was very dirty, pressures and temperatures all within manufacture specifications and system is operating and cooling properly at this time

Completed clean and check of Trane air conditioner checked filter checked pressure and temperatures checked amps and capacitor all within manufacture specifications cleaned and washed condenser system is operating properly at this time
