Also found that there is a missing floor register in the laundry room that was never cut in by the flooring guy.need to have builder. Call the flooring person out to cut the floor.

Warranty - Arrived on site and checked in with customer to see what was making noise, customer stated that the condenser was noisy from fan, started ac and fan was vibrating metal, tightened screws down and adjusted fan to stop noise and system is operating normally with no noise, customer also stated that when the heat runs they hear a ticking noise in master bedroom, ran heat and tried to recreate noise and could not hear anything, customer stated that would like us to come back when the temperature changes and the heat is on she stated she will let her builder rep know system is working properly at this time

Air conditioner maintenance. Replace indoor air filter took amp draws on indoor blower motor and Condenser fan check capacitor it was reading 44 /5 Which is good for manufacturer specs 10° sub cooling hosed off all woodwood on outdoor condenser . found that there was a mice nest inside the condenser. I cleaned it out and inspected all wires. Everything is in good condition. Unit is running properly.
