I have been very happy with the spring/fall maintenance plan with Tempco.

Mark has always been prompt and efficient with his time at our home. He’s honest and always willing to give sound advice when needed. I always appreciate having the same tech at our home because he knows where everything is and our homes history.

Easy to schedule appointment on line, reliable, on time and respectful of property and taking Covid19 precautions such as wearing of mask if service requires being in the home.

Very much enjoyed having Mark as the service technician. He was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and quick in the performance of his work. I felt very comfortable having him in my home, particularly since social distancing necessitated allowing him to free access to move about my home unescorted to perform his work.

I sure do have peace of mind knowing that every six months my furnace and air conditioner are checked by the people who installed the equipment. I especially like being able to pay ahead of time for two years and not having to worry about having the money when he comes. Great idea! First cold day and my heat is not working correctly. I call at 6:15 get the answering service a then call 7:05 and restate story.Service person is at my home by 8:45 am. Thank you....Great serve and people

Small hiccup in initial scheduling of service. Called back and explain issue with HVAC system. Appointment was schedule. Technician called back two days earlier than time scheduled and was in area. Service completed!! Mark arrived and was wonderful as usual.
